The integration of rail, road, sea and air transport creates a single multimodal network that ensures rapid movement of goods across borders and regions. Multimodal transportation in transit cargo transportation not only reduces costs and transportation time, but also increases supply chain stability and acts as a key element of global and regional trade networks.

  • Procedures

Azerbaijan's transit and customs systems are simplified through legal regulations and digital solutions. Official documents and permit mechanisms provide the legal basis for international freight transportation, while port procedures facilitate the efficient management of cargo flows. Additionally, alignment with international conventions enhances Azerbaijan's integration into the global transportation network and facilitates trade relations.
